Slow - white - Kcar
Things I did to it.
1. added more studs (now has 144)
2. Replace rear shock with rebuildable HPG
3. Replace bent handle bars with, 2001 MXZX bars and pad.
4. Remove the seat to have the inlay repaced along with the pipeing.
Here are some pics of the sled. My wife is happy so I guess I did good.

Nice looking older sled! Looks like the running board might be a little tweaked on the left side. Here's a pic of my boy's 99Formula Z 500. Him and I tore the old skid out (hatched) and put an ARM out of a 98 Formula Z 670. He learned how to tear down the carbs, clean them, put them back together, and sync them. He also tore down, cleaned, and re-assembled the chain case. He's only 10.

I guess the running boards are known to bend on the S chassis sleds. I'm not to worried about it, because my wife is alot smaller than me. I don't think they will get any worse. If I were still useing it there might be a problem I weight 200 lbs with out gear. Your son's sled looks great. I think it's great that your teaching your son how to work on sleds. I want to teach my son but I'll have to wait a few years he's only 3. :div20:

Your atvar sais it all. I'm glad you rebuilt the sled for her. I'd say YOU WIN
