The time clock they (NWS) uses is in a DIFFERENT time, like military ZULU time that is universally the same in any location thruout the world.

so it is showing the date as tomorrow? doesn't make much sense to me, so zulu time is a half a day ahead of us?

It's too early in the season to be breaking things anyway, although this snow will make a great base if it freezes up nice.
