Are you looking for the owner's manual, or a shop manual? I have a brand new shop manual for the '99 model year that I accidentally ordered and currently don't need (unless I can talk my wife into a '99 800XCR). It's the actual manual, not a .pdf though.

Here is the supplement from Polaris' website. It's not the whole manual. The tailight bulb is an 194 automotive bulb. I use a 912 or 921 because they are a little brighter. I think the brakelight is a 1056.

Hey, zack. Another guy saw my post and wants the manual. I offered it on your post first so you've got first dibs if you want it. PM me for info or make an offer. It's brand new still in the box. cost me $70 delivered last year. J***off that sold it to me said it covered my model year. :banghead: So I had to track down another manual and buy that one too. Anyway..........

Ok, I now have 2 offers on the manual. Zak, if you want it, PM me. I'll hold out till 7pm tomorrow and then the higher guy gets it.

I have the original factory manual for 99 (volume III) that covers all of the 99 models that I would be willing to sell. It is in great condition. Whoever doesn't get this one, send me a message!

Sorry, that's volume IV, not III

Dont bother with the owners manual. It tells you absolutely jack squat about any technical issues. Basically it gives you the specs for track tension and clutch offset, other than that......blah, blah, blah. Its an owners manual for every sled that year. Basic info. I have one. If you can get the shop/tech manual, thats the way to go.
