Hey fellas, need some help getting the stock jetting set-up for a "94 900 T-Cat. I found on Brown's web site that it takes 440 mains and 35 pilots, but, isn't there a little different combo that should be installed. Like on one side there should be one size larger or smaller main? Things like that. Are all the pilots supposed to be the same? You get the picture. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanx!! Rock on boys!! buttrock.gif ylsuper.gif :beerchug:

Thinking back to when my '94 was a 900...I think I ran 420 mains with the airbox gutted. I ran mine as lean as 410's but found it to be faster with a little more fuel. I found on mine that the PTO liked it a size richer but other's I know have found the oposite and needed more fuel on the mag. Just look at the plugs and wash, it will tell you the story. Also, the 'hot' cylinder on mine has the needle pulled out one more notch as well. Be careful with that sled, the timing curve in the ECU is VERY hot. Mine has been OK except for lake runs and long term part-throttle operations...then it gets dicey. Should be OK if it's stock and it's awesome for drag racing. EGT's are a worthy investment with the '93's and '94's if they have been worked on since they have the same curve.
