i am running 60g weights,EPI black primary pulls much better, but i would like to try some gearing changes.

any suggestions on where to start??

22/40 with the same chain you have (74 link) , There isnt a lot of choices with a 74 link chain. With 22/40 it will still run 95 mph at 8000~8100 rpm.
