It will be held at The Trillium Center/Lionel Lalonde Center(old Rayside Highschool),on Montee Principal,Azilda :cn:

Going to be discussing up coming projects, trail info in the Chelmsford/Azilda area and our up coming 20th Anniverary  ,and volunteering for the club

Any sledheads around Azilda/Dowling/Chelmsford area are welcome and we would to see new faces as well as past NSD members

:frech32: Sorry about the earlier mention of Northland in the 1st edition of the season Sno Trails paper, management at The Northland unfortunetaly wanted to charge us too much :banghead: for the room we used for NSD SC meetings this season so we decided to change venues

After this meeting all other meeting will be last tuesday of the month

Halloween was the reason for the Monday meeting btw

Maybe I know they came to our 1st Nov meeting last year with Chuck too

It is too bad we had to change venues,as in the Northern Sno Trails collumn I wrote we were to have the meetings at the Northland but they threw us a curve ball in charging us more $$$

They also lost Frenchie's snowmobile training/license courses he gave

It is too bad some do not realize the benefit we give them OH well :cn:

So as of now our meetings will be in Azilda Trillium Center aka Old Rayside High aka Police Collision Reporting Center

Instead of turing up to the Slots turn the other way towards Whitewater Lake

I was presented with another award for my Rookie volounteer of the year fo my district

this time The OFSC gave me a very nice emergency kit for my car :div20:

And to think they would send me something after I bad mouth them on occasion grinning-smiley-023.gif

It was nice to get recognition from them :div20:

On club news

We are not sure when the groomers will be out seems there is no snow anywhere east of Manitoba

We are still working on details of our 20th anniversary ride/get together

If anyone in our area has a suggestions please forward them to the club or show up at the next meeting (end of Jan)

Our Excutive ride is set for Feb 17th to Blind River

We have already had sign vandalized furious2.gif

A stolen laminated map on our destination board behind Tim Hortons was stolen 2 weeks ago, there goes $100

We are actively pursuing an alternative way to get to Whitewater as the current way is too much road riding, maybe this winter but most likely next as we were blind sided by the City Of Sudbury who cut off access through one of their properties

Grooming when we get snow should be also better as Speedy Gonzalez will not be grooming our trails Yet we are still stuck with the Lamtrack after being told last season we would have diferent equipment

the Groomer breakdown policy is finally set in writing though there is still issues IMO but its a start

The club is to be notified within 24hrs of breakdown of a groomer that affects our NSD trails

The new groomer crossing looks to be approved which will be before the Valley Inn instead of past Tim Hortons

There might be some iffy trail conditions on the other side of Reg 80(Hwy69N) as they are supposed to be drilling nearby on Valley trail Master trail that connects to NSD trails(south side of Whitson Lake)

Good news permit sales are up both our club and the STP from last year :div20:

Next meeting is set for end of Jan

Try to make it,there is plenty of food(fresh fruit/donuts/bake goods) and coffee and a great bunch of guys/gals to deal with
