I have had couple of proto types this summer and they have be working great. I have been testing them on a Banshee and a WR 450 dirt bike. This kit will work on ac and dc power and will be sold as a complete kit with everything you need. The LED will be red and is bright enough to see easily in the day light.. The lowest I could get the temp reading to start is 90 degrees and will read temp up to 300. It has a built in overheating DANGER zone that will start flashing if the temp display reaches 235 degrees. Your sled should never get that hot, but I have witnessed My buddies F7 get that hot when a stud broke off and poked a small hole in the rear exchanger. The nice thing is it will flash and get your attention if it gets that hot. the gauge is air tight and incase of air or mosture geting in all the eletric componets are coated with something that will protect it. It also has a two year warranty. This is not a auto parts auto gauge that is made to be inside the car. This gauge is designed to work in outside elements with harsh vibrations. By buying a couple of hundred gauges I was able to get a better price and am going to pass it on to you. The complete kit will sell for $114.95.
