i'm just looking to get some info, feeling out the waters if you will. with kingdom cat gone where will everyone be going for sales and service?

how far will you have to travel to get there?

if kingdom cat were to re-open under new ownership would you return there immediately for sales and service or would you continue going to other dealerships?

There is 0% chance that Kingdom Cat is going to re-open.Gone for good!....Some other dealerships have looked into,"tire kicked" purchasing the property. It would be wierd to see a DOO or Yammi dealership in there.

First of all I bought Arctic cats because of kingdom cat. They gave me the service that I expect and were open when I needed them. Not open a half day on Saturday and closed Sunday. They took care of my needs when I needed them. I could have bought any manufacturer sled closer to my Newport Center house but they could not give me the service and hours that kingdom cat did. Northeast AG is getting my business this year because the spring ordered sled from Kindom cat was delivered through there. And George is there(the tech. from Kingdom Cat). But they have limited weekend hours and are very hard to get to for me.And also have no trail access. I have Arctic cat sleds and Atv,s because of Kingdom cat but any manufacturer could have my business if they could provide the things that I find important.

I don’t think there is any question a sled dealer at that location would be busy this winter as long as there is snow and I know that if a dealership opened there George would rather be working close to home. A lot of people don’t know that sled rentals was one of the biggest money makers at KKC, also prime location for walk-ins for service when something goes wrong.

I am a Polaris rider, but I also frequent All Seasons in St. Albans.
For those of you on the West side on NEK... Ride over to All Seasons and give them a try... I have had good luck so far...

And also have no trail access.

I think you can get there by going behind Lynburke Motel then cross US 5 and shoot out behind the car wash. I know you can get to downtown Lyndonville from there.

They used to have it and are trying to get it back. There is an issue about crossing the railroad tracks.

I also got into AC because of Kingdom Cat, Bob, Peggy,George and their great service. I've been told that George is doing service at Northeast Ag. in Lyndonville. One thing is sure, I'll miss having kingdom Cat around.

flame.gif It would be great to see Kingdom Cat reopen if a new owner had a good staff and great service. The only problem, would be the space issue that Bob and Peggy had. Little room for trailers and storage. His land over by Ming's might be better suited for a new shop.

If we have another bad year, who knows how many others will close up shop. dunno.gif

Kingdom Cat was an award winning dealership, and will be missed by all.
