What were the updates for the 02 snopro. I know this was the first of the "firecat"chassis so I'm assuming there were recalls. This sled is trailable correct? I was wondering if 87 octane would work if a person would retard the timing to -2 on the adjuster. Also, are the snopro a single or double ring piston and what is the range for acceptable compression when the motor is cold? Thanks for all your input!

They are double ringed pistons. If you rebuild get the 03 pistons. I think they updated those so you can't even get the original 02 pistons anymore. If you run it on 87 you are seriously asking for troubles. 91 at the least. Put some 300 mains in and rock on. Any more questions just holler.
