there should be a small brace between the rails, you might have to loosen it up to spread the rails a little bit.

If we have a season where you get a lot of ice that forms on the rails you will find these wheels need replaced again . THere isnt much room for ice to build up with out rubbing on the sides of those wheels , I rode most of last season with mine all chewed up.. Didnt seam to effect the slide much. I ended up putting the 2004 xr 440 wheels on mine , that saved me about 10.00 per wheel!

Unbolt the front shock from the lower mount. Loosen bolt on each side of the mounts that the wheels go on. You can then pull that complete assembly forward and up and remove your wheel. Hope this makes sense. I just did this just a couple weeks ago on my Pro-X. Hopefully I'm not forgetting anything.

Chances are that you have the limiter straps pulled down some , this loads the front track shock spring..... It will be very hard to get the bolt out with taking the limiter out first.

Yep, they are down 1 notch I will try that thanks

Alot of racers pull them out anyways; I replaced mine cause I found some at a salvage place cheap and had the skid out...

If I remember correctly the bolt hits the rail so it won't slide all the way out of the shock. Right where the bolt hits the rail there is a oblong hole. I used a dremel to grind it out just enough to slide the bolt out through the rail. Saves a bunch of time.

If that's the case, unbolt the top front shock mount and the mount that holds the assembly for the inner idler wheels and lower shock mount, then pull forward and up on that assembly to gain enough clearance to remove the bottom shock mount bolt. I seem to remember having to do that now that I think about it. Hope this makes sense.
