J&T Products is proud to sell the DUMMY CLUTCH TOOL .This is a great invention. It is precision machined from steel and has a life time warranty. The tool allows you to remove and install the drive clutch cover quickly and easily by yourself. It is a safe and easy way to remove the spring, no matter how long or stiff it is. It also ensures the cover goes on perfectly flush and centered so there will never be damage to the bushing from binding or misalignment. Great for the expert or beginner to have so you can easily take the spring out, check the rollers, check moveable sheeve slop and check or replace weights. If your into racing or trail tuning there will be many benefits for you. First of all, you will not ever have bloody knuckles again!! If you want to change weights, you will need to tighten the 9/16 head bolt on top of tool, until the clutch is pushed all the way closed so there is room for easy access to remove weights. If you want to change spring quickly, just tighten tool just enough that it starts to close clutch and then loosen cover bolts. Unthread them with your fingers and loosen the tool up and the cover will come off. ALL THIS CAN BE DONE ON THE SLED, AT THE TRACK OR IN THE WOODS!!!! This tool is easy to use. You thread the inner sleeve into the drive clutch puller thread finger tight. Then tighten the 9/16 bolt on top until it closes the clutch. You can use air tools, power drills or a hand ratchet. This tool is used by trail riders, racers, mechanics and dealerships. This is for modern Cats with 9/16 puller thread. Tools for Doo and Polaris are also available.
