Any suggestions on cheap cameras. My only requirements are that it takes good moving shots, has optical zoom, and video is really important, i would prefer 20-30FPS W/SOUND in Quicktime. Thanks

Just bought a kodak 7.1meg with video capability with a 512 card for $139 at Circuit City. I've seen them other places for that amount too. Haven't used it yet, but the salesman said it was a good camera.

I just bought a Samsung Digimax A503 from Walmart. I needed a small reliable camera to back up my Nikon DSLR. The camera has the fewest amount of moving parts on any camera I've ever seen, which on a cheapie is a very good thing. Video is the same quality as my $400+ Canon digital. I paid $99 for the camera and another $35 for a 1 gig SD card. Dont skimp on the size of the card. One big one is all you need.
Good Luck,
Kevin
