Hey, anyone have any suggestions for what clutch kits would benifit me. I am looking for a little more mid range and top end. also I was wondering if a gearing change might help me. Any other perf upgrade suggestions would be welcome.
thanks

TRY HOT ROD CHIP FOR THE EFI, DEFINETELT ADD SOME TO MINE ASWELL AS BETTER FUEL CONSUMPTION , MINE WAS $400. CAN BUT SHOULD BE ABOUT 250 US $. NOT BAD FOR WHAT YOU GET

01 and newer you cant mess with the EFI. I have a Black Magic clutch kit in my 02 don't waste your money on a trail kit. The midrange and top end is not there because there set up for short bursts and backshift. I got some ideas from the guys in these forums. I'm going to try polaris 10-56 weights, yellow/white cat spring. They say a 60/54 helix, but I have a 60/50 from my ZRT this might give more top end on a long lake run, and a red/white driven spring. I also use a Lencco roller cover with a tall tower secondary. I was able to gear my ZRT like a ZR for harder acceleration but the roller cover let the clutch shift out fully and I got my top end back, I'm going to try this on my ZR, hope it works. Well ive been long winded enough hope this helps a little...

Hydro I don't think Its going to pull that helix maybe (maybe) but I don't think the rpm is going to be there.I'm going to try a 55* tomorrow with the red spring.
