The female flange on my pipe to manifold connection has worn through due to vibration. I found a wrecker that has a wrecked 600 pipe. Would the flange be compatible? Anyone have any other ideas?

Check the part numbers on the two pieces if there the same they should work. All I can think of right now.

Not sure if the flange can be ordered, I believe you have to buy a complete pipe.($$$)!!!

I had the same problem but with a FAST Fat Boy it kept vibrating and wearing out the flange on the pipe, the one on the Y-Pipe was fine and now that FAST does not make pipes anymore I was left in a bind. What I did was take a Polaris 700 twin Y-Pipe and Flange off a Polaris pipe cut the Flange off the Y-Pipe and the Pipe and weld to the ski-doo pipe and Y-Pipe. The Polaris unit uses one of those Asbestos Donuts so it can vibrate all year long and not wear anything out. I know sick to say Polaris but hey it works I did it a couple of years ago on mine and have not had any problems with my Y-Pipe to Pipe connection anymore.
