My friend has the chance to buy a 1991 Exciter for $200.00 I'm sure it will probably need some TLC but I want to know what the major red flags are to look for since I'm a poo guy and know nothing about these sleds and that I'll probably be with him when he makes his decision.... Thanks for the help
