Anyone know where one can buy a clutch puller for my 900. Someone told me that it uses the same puller as the old 700 twins but I tried it and bunged up the threads. Thanks in advance.

EPI (erlandson) SLP ( starting line products) or any polaris dealer, Dennis kirk also has these readily available.

How bad did you toats the threads? I have learned that it is always a good idea to slop some "never-seize" on the threads of any puller before use, and to avoid air-tools if possible. And when you have the clutch off, clean up the crank with a little fine grit emery paper to get the scale and rust off if there is any present.

Even better, fill the center of the clutch with grease before inserting the puller.
Use the hydraulic effect to your advantage, lessens the desire to grab the impact gun too. :frech32:
The down side is cleaning up the mess of course but it's worth it. :div20:
