Do a search on Quebec#2 and you will see he is a strange bird !

Guys lets get back to the subject please ! I would like to get out to mt valin maybe in december from st-donat, I think it would be a good ride. Anyone know how many km's it would be from st-donat to mt-valin by sled ?

Wait a minute,you live in Quebec and your asking us? Seriously I'm not sure but my guess would be between 4-500km's probably closer to 500.

I think its father than 500 km. We did Latuque in one day from st-donat and it was close to 500km.

I was thinking the same thing. Shouldn't we be asking HIM?! :beerchug: You really have to go through Jonquiere, to go the southern route you would have to go through St. Raymond or Lac Beauport/Quebec City. Through Jonquiere, I would say it is at least 500km by sled. :fluffy:

It has been snowing up there for the past couple of weeks, I am sure its there one day and gone the next.
Looking at the pic's, it looks like there was a few inches on the ground yesterday.
I wish they had a live web cam.

It's all of 600-650 km from St Donat to Roberval coming by way of St Zenon through La tuque...gotta be another 115 km to Jonquiere from Roberval if going the south side...few more km north once your cross the Saguenay from that point...your in the Mt Valin region. Of course you can take another route on the north side through Dolbeau into west Mt. Valin...its a bit longer..but we like it better when coming from the La Tuque.

I do not think it is a good idea in December, thats a lot of trails that need to be open.

In the mounts.... there were 11inches of snow on the ground yesterday afternoon (sunday).
And it is still snowing :fluffy:
My ski-doo was crying this morning in the garage to get out... I should let him have a little fun tonight :lol2:
