I have a mxz 600 and no matter how tight the rear suspension is I cant get the coupler blocks in the middle when I sit on it and I only weigh 170 pounds. I adjusted the rear spring and preload thing.

Sounds like your rear springs might be whipped.

my sled sat at the dealer for about 7 or 8 months I bought end of season and they were bad just from sitting and (set) like that. wish they would put blocks in the rear and put the springs on at the time of purchase they would then work the way they were intended............replace them and recharge your shocks too.............good luck
