It starts and idles but when you hit the throttle it wont rev up enough to engage clutch. Any ideas?? It does pick up the RPMs just not enough. :banghead:

Does it have the DESS tether? You may have to get a new tether programmed. On mine even if the tether is on "crooked or funny" the engine will only rev to about 3000 rpm.

I'll check that, thanx!!

You were right fireball. The tether wasnt on all the way. Its my buddies sled and I had to drag it back on the trailer after I couldnt get it to rev up!! Guess I checked everything but that tether!! Thanks for your help!!

:beerchug: Those tethers are a pain sometimes. The first time it happened to me I thought now what! :burp:

Yeah it really sucked pulling it into the trailer by myself!! Especially now that I know how simple the problem was to fix. I checked the airbox for a nest, the plugs, the carbs, you name it, then dragged it in the trailer all pissed off!!
