Your 95 RXL has an Xtra-12 front and rear suspension.

The trailing arms from a 95 XLT SP will fit. These sleds had a 43.5" ski center to center distance. This pretty much the widest center to center distance on any stock snowmobile. Several states passed laws making the maximum overall width of a snowmobile used on the trail 48".

The 1996 RXL and XLT SP also have an Xtra-12 front and rear suspension, but the trailing arms have a different part number. These and all the later Xtra-12 front ends had a 42.5" ski center to center distance. You may have to do some measuring to see if they will fit.
