Looking to what people found to be good jetting on 600 single monoblock with 38's . This is running the stock pipe.I'm leaning towards 240 mains which is 2 sizes leaner. I've also heard to vent to airbox and go up 3 sizes on mains. Is this correct? This is for 0-3000 feet.

This motor wasn't overly jetted from the factory, I run 250's myself last year for a little while, went back to the 260's.
