1971 Oly 399E, yes electric start, cig lighter(both work) I replaced the seat foam recently and sanded and repainted the tunnel. I have the engine running perfect. The engine compartment has been completely degreased. Ready to ride or restore. The hood has a few cracks and a piece missing below the windshield on the right side. Located in Coon Rapids,MN
