I finally finished my system for users to share their GPS tracklogs and waypoints.

http://gpssledmaps.com/exchange/

You can upload files in GPX, Garmin GDB, or a couple of other formats, along with a title and description and it'll automatically be converted to GPX (if it isn't GPX already) and zipped, added to the database, and an icon will appear on the map which shows the area that your file covers and allow other users to download your file. When you add a file, you'll be asked for your e-mail address and a password which will later allow you to edit your entry (though that part isn't done yet). I've only got a dozen or so files right now, but I'm hoping to make it the most complete library of snowmobile trail GPS data there is. And by the way, it's free. Take a look and see what you find, and take a minute to upload what you have.

Thanks!

Very Nice. I just dowloaded the U.P. tracks. I live right by Marquette, they look very good. I just got a new GPS this summer for when I went to the Boundry Waters. Now I'm getting excited, thinking about what I can do with it for Riding this winter. Thanks for taking the time to start a site like that. I look forward to sending in my own tracks of some of the not so known about spots up here.

You can convert the gpx files into pretty much any format you want at http://gpsvisualizer.com/gpsbabel/
