provided PARTS and SERVICE on before? Then I'll go buy from a
local dealer that still can get parts for the brand they sell!!!
We now have to drive 35 miles to the nearest dealer just for parts?
How about just pooling sleds so all dealers can get whatever people want instead of forcing a big overload of sleds on all of them?

I have two cat dealers within 15 miles of me right now to do all my recall work. Of course, I just picked up my sleds this morning...good to go now. It was the 'doo dealer that closed its doors, but think that was a whole 'nother issue.

With Dimmerman Bros was this effective now or after this season?

I talked to doug on monday and he said he didnt order any 07 sleds, from here on out just repair.

Did he say he will be able to get parts direct from Cat?

I thought that was part of the deal with getting parts from A.C. you had to take so many sleds every year and it was your option to take on the ATV line.

I talked to him again today and he said he can still get cat parts but is no longer selling cat products. assuming sled and wheelers...

There's a brand new Polaris dealer that is on HWY 61 and 694 that was selling Victory motorcycles and now took on the sled sales also. I know that this will hurt Garceau's a little bit, which is no good because Garceau's is a small hardware/Polaris/John Deere store. I've baught all my sleds from them and they treat me like a king. If they are forcing them to take on a certain # of sleds I don't think they can hold on.

On the other hand the place on 61 will be one more place to get stuff from if you run into a bind.

yeah im not a big fan of the dealer on 61 its kline motorsports. i brought my bike in to them to get a jet kit installed and a k&n filter. well it took them almost 3 weeks. found out why. its becuase they couldnt get it to run right. so they got it runing half ass and i came and picked it up and went home and was like wtf. so i tore the carbs apart and turns out they did not read on the instructions that came with the kit. if you install a k&n filter with it you go up two jet sizes. so i had to go back get the rest of my jet kit they did not give me and fix it. then i bitched them out and he said come back anytime and get a free il change. my bill was like $400 WTF!! anyway im sticking with Garceau's they order parts from my work now and then. and i would rather support the small guys.

I stopped in at new Kline Polaris off of 61 this weekend for the first time. [b]ASSHOLES!!!!!![/b] I had a couple of questions about length of studs I could get away with and his reply was 144. I said length of studs!!! How much clearance is there by the front heat exchanger? His reply was "If you stud it that will void my warranty". The asshole wasn't really listening to me and didn't have an answer either. I don't think that they know shit. My wife and I were the only one's in there and they still didn't have time for me.

I bought my dragon from Garceau's and will always buy from them. This is the 7th sled I have purchased from them if that says anything. :div20:
