That's the spirit! But California not the problem, its the strange people that live in it. Any place that gets as much snow as we doo should be worshiped, not hated.
So what's the sled of choice up in Alaska? Here in californication its DOO, then POO, then CAT, then Yamaha. Its really only mountain riding, snow only lives for the most part above 5000 feet in the winter.
My sled is a ZX 600 summit, but I've got the Summit X-RS with the 800R coming by the end of the month. Can't wait for the snow to get super deep.
Well I'll leave you kind folks allow. Someday I want to ride that 20,000 feet mountain you have over there.

Sled of choice is mostly Doo Cat and Poo are pretty equal w/ yammie coming a distant last.
Ak has weird fuckers too, mostly homeless panhandlers, tree huggers, and dog mushers.
Im not sure if you can even ride a sled in Denali national park...Let alone on Mt. McKinley, and not to offend but its up there not over there....Where not in siberia LOL

I was rised in Top Western Montana (Libby), I still consider Alaska as being up and way over to the left. But your right, where I'm at now it is deffinately UP THERE from here.
I would have thought the tree huggers were mostly in California and Washington State. I hate tree huggers. It funny how a lot of tree huggers live in 4000 square feet log cabinets. Just what the heck they think thing are built out of any way.
Are you serious about Mt. McKinley? What a waste to not be able to play on the most impressive mountain in North America.

ive been to the 9000 foot level on McKinley...it was fuckin nuts getting there, you have to sidehill up the last 1000 feet and if you fuck up you have to pull the sled up the hill with ropes....plus it took all the gas i could carry and i had to buy more at the lodge on the way back.
playing on the mountain is out of the question....its sooo far from a road that if anything happened back there you would prolly die tryin to get back out. no real reason to go all the way to that mountain when there is riding just as good thats 100 times easier to get to.

no no no....the housing cost and taxes is beyond me. I would only live on the beach if i lived in San Diego again, and the average beach house is 1.5million with 1200sf and a one car garage...no parking and no yard.
So, if i had 2 or 3 mil for a house......
Later Donnie....BTW, any news about MOD ski. Rene seems like a good guy and my old neighbor was a good friend of his. Just thought he would have the class to post a thread about it???
