We raced an early build Z1 on Friday and Saturday at the epping grass drags this past weekend. It fared pretty well. It ran consistant 6.3 second passes @ about 74mph on 500ft of grass. it won 500 stock and 600 improved and took second in 600 stock and redlighted in 500 imporved. these were amature classes and the was completely stock except for a .540" track and 120 chisel studs

i would say that it will honestly run with any f6/rev6/iq6 of equal set up. i have been around this sport for a long time and a 6.3 for a sled that has stock gearing, stock ride height and clutching is pretty impressive. especally for its weight!! i wanted to take it over the scales after the races but they wern't open
maybe next week in colebrook i'll get a wet weight :div20:

Any chance you were at culleys ranch in lancaster ma for the grass drags a few weeks ago? There was a 1000 and a jag towards the end of the pits. I never got to see them run though.

yea that was us, we couldnt get a teather cord for the jag because its a normally closed system and just about every newer 2stroke is open. do it didnt run. the 1000 ran at the end of the day but it sucked the belt so it wasnt too impressive :banghead:
