Going to 68 gr weights and a ccw black secondary spring, with a almond/blue primary. Was also gonna go to 23/41 gearing, I was gonna try the stock helix but figure i might try that triple angle helix. Will it be worth the extra 100 bucks. Run at 1000 ft and am 200lbs with stock motor.

if you want a good trail helix I would run the 720 from team. If your drag racing a full progressive would be a better choice but I have heard the back shift isnt as good with them..... I run a 719 on my 700, I found it to pull much harder in the midrange than the 70-44.46er I was running. the 719 and 720 is one of there tri angle helix. You also may want to think about a primary spring that comes in a little softer , with that much TQ of a 800 and gearing it will have no problem blowing the snow out from under it. 140 - 310 or 140 -320 depending on how many rpms it runs.

id run the almond red instead of the almond blue. i liked the red better, engaugement isnt a whole lot higher with the red, but enough i liked it better and i can no studs.
also for helix, 70/44/.46 is a good hoice

68s with the stock 62/46.46 helix works well on a stock 800. xcmark is right, the 800 doesn't need a high engagement primary spring, like the smaller motors do, but its up to you.

you might have to go down on weight depending on what helix you want to use and gearing, but i guess your combi will rip :div20: , happy hunting! :beerchug:

an almond/blue is a high engagment spring? with 62's it ingages at like 3800 on my 700
what do you reccomend

I personally wouldnt consider an almond/blue a high engagement, but I would the almond/red. With 62s and a new almond/blue, mine engages at about 4200 rpm. Almond/red is closer to 4500.
