ya I have a 1997 mxz 583 ski-doo thats has 96 new woddy studs a 2001 suispion. The sled has the look but dont have the go. And i was wondering what i can do to it to make go out of the whole better or better top end.

Clutching and gearing, If you just want the holeshot each time soften up rear suspension settings. :fluffy:

Buy a CAT :augen41: sorry but you left yourself wide open for that one HEHE! If you are just looking for holeshots then clutch springs and gearing with rear suspension tweaking. Top end you are looking at steeper gearing - I could go on and on about a million things but you really have to be more specific on what you want and how you ride! :div20:

I dropped two teeth on top in my 96 583 and it really helped and also the 1 1/4 X force track helped with holeshot. Working on some clutching now.

purchase a clutch kit this would raise the engagement speed of the clutch for a more meatier part of the powerband.. this may lower top speed, not sure what u have for a track but a gearing ratio change will help indefinitly with the "get up and go" hope i helped .. good luck

See where your limiter strap is set and you may want to let it out a hole or two tahat will help with hole shot but might hurt you with turning. i forget does that sled have rotarty exhaust if so make sure there clean and not sticking
