Can you access the fuel screws without removing the air box-?

its really tuff to do.
i thought of using a carb main needle adj tool for gm carbs,(you know, the snap-on tools one)with the bent shaft and changable socket ends, but never did try to see if it would snake in there. most just pull the box.
