:banghead: hi i am new here and i need some advice. I want to upgrade my sled to something newere. I am looking at a 2003 mxz adren. 800 zx chasis and a 2003 adren.600 ho zx chais. Both sleds are form dealers both with about 2400 miles. I hear the 800's have a pto seal isuue, is this a big deal on all of them or just limited.? and I know the 600 ho has ring problems. Both have reverse and in prime shape. would i be better before buying the 600 ho and do a comp. check and if needed slap a new set of rings in.Any help will be appreciated.

At 2400 miles I would think that the rings were probably replaced already, the dealer should be able to tell you.

The 600 will be. But power wise it will be a little behind the other brands.
The rider still makes the big diff.
There are tonnes of 600 out there with 10,000 miles on them and untouched.
The 800 is a different story.

I have an 02 800.. it has been fairly modified... reeds/airbox/spacers, head shim kit, pipe/silencer, ported... <-- before I baught the sled it read 900 miles... it now has 4,000 miles and I have never had any problems :beerchug: I would go with the 800 just because you will probably whoop all your friends unless they have newer big cc sleds
