So there is only a couple of pounds difference between the zrt and new f 1000?

Really, Cat lists the dry weight at 516lbs for the standard 542lbs for the LXR.
Thats still a good 45lbs lighter than the ZRT's, and with the weight distribution set up different, there probably isn't any comparison.

Don't kid yourselves...I had mine on the scales at the racetrack with asphalt track and skis on it. However, I can't recall the exact weight!! I am thinking it was in the 890lbs range. I weighed 220 dressed.
Asphalt track is about same weight as a studded track, maybe less!

I will do a search of my posts from 2 summers ago....

Here is a quote from me...

I just weighed myself here at work in our shipping dept on certified box scales.
I weighed 206.8lbs with my shorts and tshirt on with sandles. With my ARCTIC CAT full leathers on, I weighed 214.5lbs. That is a difference of 7.7lbs

I'll have to ask puddytatman if he recalls what we all weighed in at that day!

haha! Found a quote from me!!

Like I said, my 99 tcat, full weight sled...620 lbs at the race track with heavy asphalt track, 50lb track, that is nearly 20 lbs heavier than my snow track!!! The asphalt skis are no lighter than my C&A Pro skis.

I say the asphalt track is heavy, BUT, a 32lbs snow track with 192 studs is nearly 50lbs I'd say!!

So there you have it! 620lbs!
