I understand I can leave my rad in on my fusion with the dubs air box. Does anyone have a picture of one installed on a fusion. I am not sure where to run the coolant hoses??? Please help.

You will need to cut the hose and make it longer and run it over the airbox. Thats why I took the front radiator out . so far so good :div20:

I will take a picture and post later tonight how I ran mine.

Here are a couple of pictures of mine. I wrapped the hose with insulation foil tape (for heat) and used some cover for wires on bottom so the hose would not rub on the box. I made a clamp to hold hose to top of box so it would not bounce up and hit pipe. I used a long bolt with a spacer and used the existing mount hole that was in box.

Also I didn't cut hose as it was long enough to fit, very tight though. Hope this helps

Thanks alot guys, did you just remove the flap that opens to the rad compartment or did you remove the entire cover that is screwed down?

You have to remove the flap that opens to the rad compartment as it also draws cold air in from the area.

You will also have to remove the entire cover so that you notch a hole in it and reroute the wiring harness through this and then back up above where the wires were. If you don't do this the wires will get caught in hood mount area. But it does have to go back on or you will get snow all over under hood. This was the biggest pain of the hole job trying to make it look clean and neat.
