That rental shop beside 3 rivers in Wasilla rents those things out, looks like it would be a blast to ride for a day.

they are a blast in powder, but are a death trap on trails unless you have the updated ski. With the old ski it is bank to bank trying to go down the trail. For tree riding.. they are the shit!

I know someone who has one with around 200 miles on it that would probably sell it for a good deal if his is gone.

let me know how much and i'll make the call to my buddy. he is tossing around the idea of getting a short track for spring riding, but really loved riding my snowhawk for a day. if the price is right, he'll get the hawk.

Just talked to him. Said it doesn't even have that many miles on it. I was guessing. He said it still has the break in tank in it. He wants to sell it so he can buy his kids another sled they can ride plus he has an 800 summit that is his primary ride. So anyways its got all the new upgrades, what ever that means and he'll take 6500.00 I think thats a great price?

just got off the phone with my buddy. good news is he wants it. bad news is he just found out kid #2 is on the way and he's in the middle of buying a house. needless to say he is on a budget now. he does have couple sleds that are now up for sale or trade. the first is an '01 RMK full mod with lots of trick parts and nicely done. the other is an '05 RMK 900 with all the SLP stuff and factory updates done. if your buddy is willing to negociate a trade, i think he can unload the Snowhawk. as of right now, my friend unfortunately does not have the outright cash to purchase it. i can get more info on the sleds if requested, or relay a contact number if need be. thanks, Brian.
