Well I got mine Sat. and guess what it poured fraking rain all day and all day Sunday. Just what I wanted a soaken wet dirty sled 40 minutes after I own it :banghead:

So I never really got a good look at her had to keep her stuffed in the shed trau14.gif

When I first saw them I wasn't sure I liked the look all that much but it looks great, but I might be a touch biased here. I think the tank and cockpit area look totally cool.

I love those fox shocks I wasn't exactly sure what we were getting. They frankly put the fox shocks from my f7 sno-pro to shame. I'll take those over the Floats any day. I can't wait to get on the snow and fiddle with them.

I also thought the belt holder is neat.

The one thing I didn't like is the foam filters for the air intake on the dash. I knocked them out repeatedly while washing and drying it and have some concern I'm gonna wipe snow off and they will be gone ? I'll have to keep an eye on those.

What did you guys think?

Wow I'm totally pumped now ...... Is it winter yet ?

You have any pictures? You got the floats with it? I'd like to get a set of those, but they cost a pretty penny to buy straight out.

Floats are a much better shock. Less rebuilds and much easier and more adjustability with just air. You will be sorry cause Fox regular shocks suck ass big time.

PLz post pics, what color did you get? I almost got my money back and get a iq 6 over the xc 6 i was originally getting.

YOU HAVE NO f'ing clue. FLOATS BLOW, literally. Floats are just a REGULAR shock with a air chamber over the main body, just taking the job of a spring.

My pics sucked too dark in there this is the only one that's not bad . I'll get some good ones of the shocks when I can get it out in the sunlight.

Looks good Wave, i'm kind of wishing I'd gotten a black one now instead of the red.....,

Awesome, I got the Fox shock upgrade too, but I haven't heard a peep from dealer about the sled being in yet, which is okay as I don't have to pay yet.....

We are only 2 hours from the factory Spidey I guess we get them sooner dunno.gif

Never have seen a blown float but lots of blown regular fox shocks. Hey it is just my opinion, but you can take it how ever you want. I think he would be happier with real (fox float) shocks than a shock you have to rebuild so often!

Then you need a new guy rebuilding your shocks, or you have never been around the NEW ZERO PROS.

Don't they run the zero pros on the race sleds, not the floats. I believe there has been a few people that have had problems with their floats. Nice sled too, I also like the black.

Zero Pros are a great shock. I'd put them on par with Ohlins. Fox is using a brass scraper which duplicates the Ohlins. I've rebuilt countless shocks over the years. The Zero Pros break the mold for Fox's. I rebuilt a set off a Cat last year. The shocks had 3500 miles. The fluid was very clean for so many miles. If you put on a lot of miles, I'd take the Zero Pros over the Floats. While the Floats are a good shock, I haven't seen the durability like with a Zero Pro or a ZeroX.

Cat has had floats on there racers for the last three years. They work fine in Racing so even better in trail runnng!
