slide them out the window of your track if it isn't too narrow. get ahold of them with vise grips and pull right through the window.

I think you have to drop the suspension on the doo's. The F7 is easy. Slide through the windows on track. FYI- put some type of lube on the new hyfax so they come off easier.

got it done. just had to drop the two back bolts of the suspension and let the @$$ end hang and you can move the track over enough to get them off. because it doesn't fit through the window
