I asked this question like backin in spring but i lost the info i had got from you guys....but i'm lookin for someone who does powder coating in the metro detroit area. I'm in dearborn...so the closer the better. It doesnt have to be top of the line either...some thin just reasonable.

They do good work there and are very reasonable. They can not only powder coat, but also ceramic coating too.

There was a place a lot closer to detroit, can't remember the name though - they were at the Novi show last year...

I've used Custom Concepts, in Detroit, Mount Elliot south of 8 mile I think. Google 'em, you'll find 'em. Bad turnaround time though. Kurt I think is the name. Not cheap either. He was at the Novi show last year.

I would use QC coatings next time in Shelby, ask for Bill . Heard good things about his work and timing, but it's further from Dearborn for sure.

I called QC years ago to have my ZRT pipes coated and they were crazy expensive, but that was years ago... dunno.gif anymore

if you want to travel or ship its worth it

wheel lock weldeng just west of traverse

they did my chevelle frame & 16 other pieces. sand blasted & powdercoated black for $ 180

I coulda swore there was a place in romulus called like exotic coatings or somethin. I thought someone mentioned something about them a couple months ago but i dont remember and cant seem to google them
