We have a seasonal camp spot on one of Ottertail counties premier lakes. Camper is a 2006 Springdale 296BHG, new this year and the pictures show the rest. Lot rent is $1,800 w/utilities, paid for 2006.

All you will need is a boat. Comes with camper, 10x20 deck, 56 feet of deck, FLOE vertical lift boat lift w/canopy.

It is a great place, we just miss being on the road seeing other places. Thinking of $25,000 for the whole thing. PM me if you or someone you know is interested.

Thanks
Mike

Looks real nice, where exactly is it located?
samatt
West Battle Lake, nearest town is Clitherall. Clitherall has 2 bars, 1 church, and a Maytag repair man.

It is part of a resort that has 5 cabins, 4 seasonal camper spots and a resturant.

I'll do some research, been thinking of doing this for a while. Do you winterize the trailer and leave it there all winter?
samatt
We will be winterizing and leaving the camper there all winter. Seasonal rental spots are hard to come by. Many places have a 2 - 3 year waiting list.

This is our first year with this place, we normally traveled from location to location every other weekend. We thought with gas prices the way they are this would be the way to go, didn't realize we would miss going to other places that much.

The people are real nice, the lake has good fishing and swimming. The resort is real quiet.

How about 4 wheeler and snowmobile trails? And what kinds of fishing is good?

How far from Breinard?
samatt
It is about 80 miles from Brainerd. Lots of snowmobile trails, but the water/sewer will be turned off at freeze up. Not sure on the ATV trails.

Here is a link about the lake, it should answer all questions on the fishing / swimming.
