I'm moving to Bc from Ontario in a month, Im selling my 05 F7 and am looking to buy a mountain sled... i'd prefer a cat cause i'm familiar with them but I don't really know who makes the best mountain sled or whats popular out there. I will be living in North Vancouver so if anyone could recommend a dealer or dealers to check out once I arrive it would be greatly appreciated! Also I will be looking to meet some riding buddies so if anyone wants to go riding and doesn't mind showing me the ropes in the mountains I'd love to hear from ya! PM or post here doesn't matter! :beerchug: Also what should I expect to pay for a new or leftover mountain sled in BC? (Looking mostly at a M series)

There are good Doo Dealers. If you are in North Van, there is No Limits Motorsports in Squamish, Valley Chainsaw in Pemberton, Greater Vancouver Power Sports in Surrey. When it comes to Artic Cat, I do not think there is a dealer in the lower mainland. There were a few but the seem to keep going out of business. Western Yamaha on the Langley bypass used to sell Artic Cat and still may. The most popular mountain sleds out here are by far the Ski-Doo Summit.

I'm from North Van, spent many years there. In Winnipeg for the time being

My friend had an F7 out there... Ya ya not a mountain sled.... Dealer installed 151 at the showroom...

Maybe somthing to think about?

Hey thanks for the replies, its been awhile since I posted this. I was game for doing a 151 till I realized that to regear I needed new DD gears at ~500$, the whole thing just wasn't cost effective no matter which way I looked at it. I just listed my F7 in the trader, there really are no Cat dealers here so I think I will look to pick up a 04 or newer Summit.

Jordan, I am from winnipeg and spent most of my life there, I miss the prairies, but the mountains are just too much fun.

Heavy snow in the mountains, sea to sky is shut down, 2m of snow in the last week up in Whistler, just need to get my sled sold back in ontario so I can start riding out here.

I'm sure its nice but you are a looooooooooooooooooong way away from me. I just sold my F7 so now I'm on the lookout for a leftover M7 in BC.
