Take sandwich steak , cut into slices about 3/4 " wide , brown on medium heat . ( you can also add Italian sausage for extra taste ) add fresh garlic , bell peppers , onions , zucinni , summer squash. When squash has softened add a can of diced tomatoes , serve over angel hair pasta. Takes about 25 minutes and is well worth the time.

Definatly add the sausage , much tastier with it.

fry 1lb ground round, season with salt/pepper and chili powder.
boil 1 lb elbow pasta, and drain. add velveeta cheese to pasta and beef until creamy.
add 1 can of tomato sauce. put in casserole dish, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for 10 min.
