Just curious.

Edit: I guess color tags don't work in polls.

Been awhile for me. My grandparents used to live in Alaska. We always ate the best stuff up there.

Halibut fishing was a blast as well.

I love it ,,,,,,lean and tastes very good
what?trail?
while buffalo is nice and lean moose is better to me... better than farm raised beef.

but if elk was a choice that would be my #1 choice.... nothing better than a filet'd elk roast stuffed with veggies...

I eat so much beef my friends voted me president of the dead cow society, but Buffalo blows away beef, never had moose or caribu , didnt like the elk all that much . A little too gamey for me , and it was cooked by a chef at an upscale Italian restaurant.

Elk rules. Far and away the best meat I've tasted.

I found Buffalo very similar to beef. Moose is very mild too.....
