How long did you guys ride before you started to open it up? only have 105 on mine and havent gone over 40mph yet.

Giver hell, I ride hard from day one, no problems and they always run fast.

lol, i think i restrained my for 3-4 miles, wfo, from then on,
in such a hurry to hammer on it, didnt even put breakin oil in the tank,
that was 8000 miles ago, havent had the head off yet

just make sure its warm first.

I usually take it easy for the first tank and then go crazy.

Its good to go, just be sure their running mix in the tank still, can take a while for air to get out of the oil lines(if theres any). You want me to go take it for a spin and go do some top speed runs for you?

I was always instructed by guys in the know to let the motor warm up enough...run it hard for short distances of a couple hundred feet or so...then run it normal for a while...shut it off...let it cool...and repeat several times each session operating longer intervals during the first tank of oil and gas...i guess this is suspose to season the motor and seat the rings sooner.....and always use a mineral base oil when breaking in. :div20:

lol no need on the run, im sure it will max out around 100-105. we ran 2 full tanks of premixed now it is running on regular. I sure hop my brother doesnt trash it now.
