I'm in IL now. Yes I am a FIB.

I was looking at home depot and I think I prefer the Ducane to the Vermont castings.

I have a ten year old barrel barbequer / smoker. I can put 15 to 20 lbs of meat on its cast iron grates and pour an entire bag of charcoal in it if I need to.

If I ever put a gas grill in my yard, please shoot me.

I like gas, quick, clean and easy.

I ended up buying a Char-Broil commercial series. I like it!

You'll be happy. We have the professional series, a step down from the one you bought. 3 individual burners and the side burner are great for cooking a variety of foods at the same time.

Nice...

I like charcoal flavor.

I love it when people say...."I hate the taste of the fuel....ickkk". What is propane?

Charcoal is ok but sometimes it covers the flavor of the meat.

Then cook it indoors on the gas stove top. Thats what barb is supposed to be for....a different way to flavor the meat.
