Try out there service in the winter. I bought my Pro X2 from them. Had to have filler neck recall done this past January said it might be back in 4 weeks! Also since clear and black tanks are same price wondered if they could put clear on under warranty...they said no. Worst part was I still could ride sled (just a little fuel spillage when full) but wouldn't even order tank unless my sled was there, and it would be stored outside on the rack for the 4 weeks for parts!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: That kills me since they had pro x tanks sittin gout back in stock....had to order a "recall" tank.

Took sled to Robertson's Power Sports in Lebanon, ME......had sled back in 5 days with new clear tank no questions asked!

Don't get me wrong RSC is a great place, the Chichettos are great people I'm good friends with one of the owners brothers and they'll give you the shirt off their back......just a complete mad house in winter.

bought my track from Tom there, excellent deal on it. Also they helped me out dealing with my ball joints when i went riding with snopro209 racer. cool guys.

if you ask me they are as busy right now as they are in the winter -- doing boats and wheelers etc....shop was crazy nuts when i dropped mine off, but i was impressed that when everyone wants their boats they got my sled right in and got it fixed. just my experience

Yep, Tom and Paul behind the parts counter can hook you up. Great guys, I deal with Paul all the time he's a great guy and goes the extra mile to get me the parts I need.

They are a very busy place in the winter and I have never missed a weekend riding since I started buying my sleds there in 01. They have always had prompt service no matter what time of year it is. They are not going to help you out if you do not buy your sleds there and I do not blame them. Not saying you did not buy there but they have to take care of their loyal customers first. I buy all my sleds, trailers, and wheelers there and I would not buy from anyone else. Just snow checked Dragon few weeks ago.

while I used to think thats OK I have to say recent experience has taught me if you help out the guy whose stuff was bought elsewhere it will increase your business. I have a bud who had 2 seadoos he bought private sale used that came from HK originally. He sunk one and needed service and Dasilva is up the road. Because Chuck treated my buddy so good and had the maching back in a couple of days I ended up going there to buy my sea doos. I will now be sending my sleds to him for work and since I get a new sled every other year as long as I stay doo my 07 order will be from there and I'm already looking at a new sea doo for this summer.

so by treating my bud well who he didn't even know when he sunk a sea doo, chuck gained his service which has included a new engine on an out of warranty sea doo so that was real profitable, he sold me 2 sea doo's and will be selling me a couple of more sleds and a sea doo. In addiiton I have told all my riding buds that Dasilva is great and since they all ride doo next year and haven't been feeling the love from the current dealer we all bought our current sleds from he'll pick up a few more sales from them as well.

I've bought both my sleds at RSC. I have nothing but good things to say about the Cicchetto family and their employees. The parts guys are great!!!!! All the service guys, Sales, etc..... When ever I have had a problem they've gone out of there way to help me out. I highly reccommend RSC. I will surely continue to buy from them... Whether it's a boat, snowmobile, 4-wheeler, or a trailor.

Thanks for everything RSC.........

I'm looking for a 4 wheeler, and am just starting. When I was looking for a sled, I stopped at the place on 125 south our of Rochester on the left, and they didn't have the time of day for me, so I left, and went and bought 2 new Ski-Doo's. I had questions, and couldn't get anyone to talk with me, even though there were two guys behind the counter doing nothing. Don't remember the name of the place, but 'll never go back there.

Will RSC spend some time with me answering my questions, and be there after the sale? Since I'm just starting to look, I've need to get educated before I buy. The place I bought my sleds at is great. Never missed a day of riding if I let them know that when I need the sled. Even taken parts off of new sleds and fixed mine.

I just want to be as educated as possible before I buy.

the place on 125 south is Rochesters other store. I have several friends who love Rochester but if you already like your dealer why not buy the wheelers there, bombi makes great atv's as well.

i beleive he means plaistow powersports ---
sledaholic
There are pros and cons to buying and servicing a sled close to where you live as aposed to were you ride. I bought and service my sled at HK in Hooksett and yet this past Winter I had my sled serviced in Pittsburg due to a loose chain while at Back Lake and was very happy with the service there. However I have never been let down with HK and they are the people I trust to service my sled. I have nothing against RCS and myself am very respectful of Bob himself. I firmly believe that if you find a dealer your happy with, then reward them by maybe paying a little more or less for their sled due your appreciation for what they do for you. :div20:
