Has anyone installed a M-Series seat on Crossfire? I'm wondering if by doing this the end result might be a narrower feel and a bit higher seat position.....?? I'm considering doing this but do not have access to a M-Series seat to measure the actual width & height. Anyone have both of these sleds accessible to do a bit of measuring?

This is interesting John...never thought of it and I loved the M seat.

The part #'s for the seat bases are the same. So the actually seat top of the M should fit right to the Crossfire base.

Hey Chris. Yes, I have no doubt that it will physically fit the Crossfire chassis but I wouldn't want to spend the $'s unless the benefits will be a slightly taller seating position with a slightly narrower feel. The Crossfire seat is very wide...... On the flip side, I really like the front of the stock Crossfire seat with the slightly lower part right up by the fuel tank.

The seat wont meet the gas tank very well as the tank on the x fire is much wider where it meets the seat

That's good...one less thing I have to spend $$ on
