How much chain case oil does my 1999 vmax 600 specs call for.Is shell advance synthetic fine,can't seem to find any amsoil 2000 at home here.Thanks

it only uses 5-6 ounces. yamaha recommends 75w90 gear lube, i would stick to that, but in a synthetic. the amsoil chaincase lube is super thin and finds a way to leak out of every chaincase known to man!
