Hi,
I'm having some difficulty obtaining a "recall letter" from Arctic Cat on my snowmobile (2000 Panther 550), that I need to give to the Registrar of Imported Vehicles to register it in Canada (bought it in Michigan).
I've faxed them a letter, emailed them (at an email address given to me by a dealership), and inquired at a couple of dealerships (that want me to "jump through hoops" to get a letter from them)...and I haven't gotten any response (I'm going to give them until next week and try calling them).
Thanks to the Waconia Cat dealer, I have found out that there were only two service bulletins on my sled, both of which are completed...so, theoretically, there shouldn't have been any recalls!
Anyway, anybody out there have any info that would help me in my quest???
