Just currious if the 07 enclosed clutch's will fit on older D.D. splines?

I seem to recall them saying that the secondary is possibly larger than the 10.4" if so does anybody know the size and belt lengths?

In pricing out 07's and asking dealers- they called it a 10.5" secondary,
compared to 10.4" now out there.
You do realize that belly pan would need to be hogged out, right, to fit.

FYI, on the 2007 M/Crossfire sleds at the Mpls show last night, they had
added a "dished out" section to the belly pan under the bigger secondary.
They need to dish it out more as you could see where the belt was still hitting
the bellypan/ rubbing off material.
That should be fixed for production- we hope.

I have no idea about the splines.

secondary measured 5.2'' from center to outer radius ( diameter )

multiply that by 2 equals 10.4'', what they say isn't always what it is, i though upon first few looks it was larger too, i ate crow :cn:

You should see his ride. It is a polaris with a Arctic cat DDrive on it.

You are right about the clearance in the M and crossfire. Even the brace in the foot well would need a tap tap from a hammer as my 10"er hits at full shift.
