A friend of mine has a 2005 500HO Scrambler 4x4.
He wants to add a few performance mods.
What works? I would imagine the clutch is the first place to start, then maybe a pipe and some jetting.

Any good websites? Recomended manufacturer?

Thanks in advance for the info.

I have an 05 scrambler. I put a K&N filter in it and a mbrp silencer on it but fmf also makes a slip on for them. As for clutching I went with a heel clicker clutch kit, mostly for adjustibility I used a extra washer in the middle of the weights from what they recommend. The clutch kit stopped all my belt slippage. Now I'm trying to dial in a boondockers nitrous system on it. The bike is reasonable for speed with stock gears I can beat 800's on the flat, but going up hill they roast me, hopefully no once the nitrous is working.
