Thats a reasonable start considering the gimme's(or a slide on taxes) that cities(like Wyoming) give out to attract business(on the back of residents).

Ronder , we use it to keep paying on that died horse they call a groomer (Kubota tractor) .
mike , I know what you mean . I look at that Anderson windows mess we are lucky enough to support .
