In 660ft he could run 93 mph on his 98 xc700 with 220's.

For $7x4 of them. I will try it. I have pissed more money away on gimicks that didn't work before.
I heard they were on the xc 500's for awhile.
The 700 crafts I've seen never spun quite that high, but regardless, its not 130hp@8000 like the snowmobile version...thats still quite a difference in airflow...there's no way fuel is going to pool at the end of the reed block at 8000. My 660 gained power when I pulled the reed block stuffers out and ported the boots...At max rpm, you need more intake area than stock, not less. Not trying to knock down your idea, just think you may cost it some peak power, but hey you never know...
